Hospital, St Louis Missouri. She is not retarded, does well
in school, but wears little metal rimmed glasses.

Mariah Mae was the victum of medical malpractice. I
had a serious surgery myself on Oct. 7th 1999 and I was in
a lot of pain and did not recognized the fact that the Pediatrition
that was seeing her for eight weeks did no chest ex-ray or
blood work. She died of multiple organ failure secondary to
sepsis and baccterial pneumonia. I worked with the Dr. who
treated her and when she was brought into the emergency room
dead, he did not even come over to the ER. He sent his assitant
instead and then tried to make it look like my daughters fault.
My daughter could not stand up or walk so he ordered a shot
of Valum to calm her down. For two years after we had consulted
a lawyer who told me that he had never seen a 16 page autopsy
on an adult let alone a four and a half old baby. But he also
told us that our daughter Janine could not be put in the position
to relive that day or it could driver her to committ suicide
or a total mental breakdown. So we thanked him for caring more
about our daughter than money. The Dr. was fired from the hospital
but still practices nearby. Yes he got away with murder. Mariah
leaves a sister who is 10 years old now aand she misses her
sister terribly.

was married with 3 young children.The youngest was 7 months.He
was killed while doing a fire drill.She was driving D.U.I.He
was CAPTAIN ALLEN R. FRYE.
